We all get stressed from time-to-time. It's a fact of life. But doing something about it can be less common. Stress can result in pain, tension in our bodies and anxiety. Many studies have found that massage can promote relief and healing, guiding your body back to balance and pain free movement. Massage can be expecially beneficial for those of us who experience sports acquired stress or injury.
