We all get stressed from time-to-time. It's a fact of a modern life. Doing something about it can be less common. Stress can result in pain, tension in our bodies and anxiety. Many studies have found that massage can promote relief and healing, guiding your body back to balance and pain free movement. Massage and bodywork can be expecially beneficial for those who experience sports acquired stress or injury.
